1. Full refund conditions
l If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, nocancellation fee will be charged.
2. Full deduction conditions
l If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100%will be charged.
l If a discount is applied, the fee will be charged based on the price before the discount and will not exceed the amount you paid.Partial refund is not available.
l Special situation handling
3. Force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, public health events, etc.):
l We will fully assist in negotiating compensation plans with suppliers and give priority to protecting customer rights.
4. Special products/services (such as customized itineraries, niche experiences):
l Independent policies may apply. Please confirm with customer service when booking.

Refund time limit: The processing cycle is 5 working days, and the refund will be returned to the payment account.

l Flexible adjustment: If the trip is cancelled due to the partner's reasons, Hi China Go promises to take the initiative to assume the responsibility of full refund.
