Subject to the actual start date of the trip

1. Full refund conditions

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, nocancellation fee will be charged.

2. Full deduction conditions

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100%will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the fee will be charged based on the price before the discount and will not exceed the amount you paid.Partial refund is not available.

Special situation handling

3. Force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, public health events, etc.):

We will fully assist in negotiating compensation plans with suppliers and give priority to protecting customer rights.

4. Special products/services (such as customized itineraries, niche experiences):

Independent policies may apply. Please confirm with customer service when booking.

5. Tips

Refund time limit: The processing cycle is 5 working days, and the refund will be returned to the payment account.

Time basis: 0:00 on the day the trip starts is the critical point, and 2 day(s) are calculated forward.

Flexible adjustment: If the trip is cancelled due to the partner's reasons, Hi China Go promises to take the initiative to assume the responsibility of full refund.
